Interview
Very nice, fast paced. Will hire most applicants who have work visas. The interview is easy. The longest part is waiting. Its set up like a job fair somewhat. Just take a resume.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Delaware North (East Rutherford, NJ) in May 2016
Interview
It was quick and simple, interviews will be held at the stadium, met with some HR personnel who asked some basic questions, if hired, they will let you know when to come for orientation and how much you are getting paid for the job you applied, signed some paperwork for the hiring process, also made you take a drug test after the interview.
I interviewed at Delaware North (East Rutherford, NJ) in May 2014
Interview
I went to the job fair in the summer of 2014. I brought my resume. Right away we were all given paper work to fill out with our experience. After all the paper work. We were individually interviewed in separate tables by different people, but in the same large room. I was very nervous, but maintained a sincere shy smile and eye contact. They hired almost everyone that was there that same day. But the drug test took a few days because I had to go to a clinic, but I heard they do same day saliva drug tests now.
