It was fairly straightforward, they have an induction process in which they first have everyone grouped into a room before performing 5 minute interviews for each person. Once this is complete they seperate you into groups where you will perform a team building exercise. Once this is complete they contact you 48 hours later in which they confirm what job they have allocated for you.
