I went to the job fair they have during the off season. Interviewed with someone from HR and was asked about 5-6 basic questions. I then was asked to watch a video and wait for the manager of my perspective department to come get me. I interviewed with him and he asked about my finance background and my current job and how I would balance it. He told me the pay rate and I was hired.
