My hiring and interview process was more referral from someone already working there. If you have experience serving you can get a job very easily with a referral.

There was no difficult questions. The referral basically ensured a job with the server experience from my background.

Interview
Pepper set up the interview and was unable to make it as she was working on paperwork. So I had my interview with a manager who said I would receive an offer shortly. Over a week went by and I reached out to Pepper and was left on read in a text (the way she communicated with me). No response. No reply. Nothing.
No interview but orientation was very easy and straight forward. Make sure you have all of your documents or you’ll have to wait a few more weeks to start. It takes 2-4 weeks to start at the job.

Interview
Very quick and easy interview. They make you feel comfortable and ask questions about you and your experience. Didn't have any conceptual / situational questions. No reason to feel nervous!
