The interview process started about three months before I began working at DNC. I did a phone interview and then an in person one a couple of weeks later once they had established what exactly they were hoping to have me do. I was the first intern that they had in this position. The in person interview was very relaxed and was followed by a tour of the space. It seemed to be a basic formality after the phone interview. Come prepared with questions.
