Interview
I received a Human Resources pre-screening phone interview first, which led to three one-on-one interviews, then another phone interview for a manager who lived out of town, after which I was offered a different position than the one for which I had first applied. After being hired and learning a bit more about the corporate culture, I came to understand that I was not chosen for the first position due to a perception of personality. In other words, I was not the personality type that the manager preferred for the position. The alternate position that I was offered was a good one, so I was not too disappointed. This is a very good company to work for, they they take good care of their people.

Interview
Interview and hiring process takes forever. Applied in February and didn’t get a call until March. I went to what appeared to be an open interview and waited an hour past my scheduled time until my interview actually happened. Overall it seemed like it went well and I interviewed for 3 positions. I then waited another 2 weeks to hear back and accepted a vague invitation for orientation that didn’t tell me at all what job I was going to be hired for. Show up to interview expecting it to be office oriented, and sit through a 3hr training on serving alcohol. My offer letter wasn’t for any position I interviewed for and was seasonal at a low balled salary. The letter said my supervisor will call me in a few days to schedule my actual training and start date, it’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t heard a peep.

Job Fair - took 5 minutes of general questions
I was interviewed by the restaurant manager and catering sales manager. Seemed as if they hired everyone and sorted out positions later. Everything was done same day (background check, interview and drug test).
