I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Delaware North (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2012
Interview
I was interview per phone by recruiter. Next I had a face to face interview with the GM. I never got feedback right away from my intial in company aplications. About 3 months later I received a phone interveiw. I did really well. I was ask to interview with the GM from there.
I never received feedback from that last interveiw.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Delaware North in Jun 2014
Interview
Long and Drawn out process, but understandable for the position and relocation process. Initial is with a recruiter, then with the unit, and then in person at the unit. Over all the interview seemed like I had the job before I left the building. Key questions I asked about contracts, profitability, and growth at that unit were never clearly answered. This made it a lot easier for me to decline the offer when they wouldn't meet my salary requirements by a 3% increase. No bonus processes were directly addressed.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Delaware North (New Orleans, LA) in Jan 2012
Interview
You have to send a recruiter your resume. Then you take a tast online. The 3rd step is a phone interview with the recruiter. 4th step is the interview with the GM.
