Probably the worst interview experience I’ve been apart of. The head of the department emailed me a day or two before the times she gave me to meet. Then when I joined, it was a panel interview, not a “meetup” like our exchange said. I also found it unprofessional that one of the people on this panel didn’t even have their camera turned on. After the disastrous “behavioral” type questions you could tell they were reading from a paper, they didn’t even let me finish asking the questions I had, despite still being well within the timeframe for the scheduled interview.
