Unfortunately, my interview experience for the Management Assistant position at TU Delft was rather disappointing. The conversation felt uncomfortable, and it quickly became clear that the interviewers were not well-prepared. They asked very few substantive questions about my experience or skills, and much of the time was spent discussing general details about the department and staff—often without much clarity.
When I asked basic questions, such as what the onboarding process would look like or how the team functions on a daily basis, I received vague or evasive answers. It was difficult to get a clear picture of the role or the expectations. Overall, the interview lacked depth and left me feeling uncertain about the position and the organization’s internal communication.
I had expected a more structured and engaging conversation, especially from a well-regarded institution like TU Delft.
