I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delinea in Mar 2026
Interview
Recruitment screening pretty straight forward.
30 min with Hiring Manager who asked my thoughts on the AI landscape and how I can implement AI to better target users. General conversation about my career aspirations. Pretty open and easy.
30 min with stakeholder - what are my strengths/weaknesses, have I worked closely with demand gen before.
30 min with two other senior PMMs - how do I manage conflicting priorities, how do I stay organised with stakeholder requests, why PMM, how I launched a product end-to-end
30 min with VP of Product Marketing- usually a culture interview but for me it went down the technical route given my experience with software products. Questions asked -how do sellers segment specific target audience, how do you go after net new/logo clients.
