I was contacted by an HR Rep/Internal Recruiter who put me forward for at the main interview. Took the interview and then was asked to meet others members of staff on the same day to discuss technical competencies. approx 2.5 hours worth of interview time. I then received no communication from the company on my application and still haven't. I appreciate that companies are busy but not giving feed back to a hopeful candidate is cruel, unfair and not a great company trait to have. I would seriously consider looking at how you review your candidates and communicate with them. Very poor and a key insight into perhaps how they treat their staff internally. Reading the reviews here, i see i'm not the only one experienced this issue.
