I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deliverect in Mar 2022
Interview
I had a good interview process. In total two interviews, the first one was with the talent coordinator, who was very welcoming and wanted to know more about my experience and share Deliverect's knowledge. The second was with my two team leaders, who were more focused on the role. The process took 2 weeks.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deliverect (Sydney) in Aug 2022
Interview
Deliverect Sydney. Absolutely hilarious.
They called me to congratulate my success in my application but then send me an email informing me the opposite.
I went through all three rounds of interviews and I was invited to their office in Sydney for the final round. Everything went well one of their HR called me on Saturday informing me that I have successfully taken this position and a formal confirmation email will be sent to me. Two days later, they Linkedin messaged me and sent me an email telling me that I failed. The reason was "The business has decided that we need headcount in other areas and that will be the first priority." This is unbelievable, just a few days ago you asked me to interview and a few days later you changed your cooperation strategy?
I'm not angry about failure, but about how disorganized and the logic behind it. Why did you congratulate me on Saturday and rejected me on Tuesday? That is hilariously insane for a coporation.
