Interview was cool and nice. After that (more than one month since the interview), I never heard from the recruiter, I've been ghosted.

During the entire process, nobody in the team had any clarity whatsoever. They made me go through 4-5 rounds of interviews over the span of 2 months and didn't have the decency to inform me about the outcome. They are highly unprofessional and have no respect for the candidate. You will end up following up with them and they will never come back with a concrete response. One of their core values is "transparency". I assure you it was missing in the entire process. I highly recommend not joining this organization. Trust me, you will dodge a bullet by not joining them!
