The interview process is pretty straight forward, and I got to meet different members of the team on the role I am interviewing for. I spoke with the Talents team, and then proceed on speaking individually with the current CSM, Team Lead, Head of the department, and then with the GM of the Australia team. It was a pleasant experience meeting everyone from Deliverect. I would say the interview process is quite different, where its not as per your usual interviews with general Q and As. I got to ask a lot of questions as well, which made me fully understand on how the role is and understand how great the culture will be working with the company.
