I went through a fairly thorough but well-structured process. The whole thing took around three months, partly because it was during summer, but the HR team stayed very engaged throughout, regularly checking in with me and keeping me updated. That level of communication really stood out. The process started with a conversation with HR, followed by an online assessment. After that, I had a conversation with the hiring manager, which dug deeper into my past experience and how it could translate into the role. The most interesting part of the process was the case study (a skills showcase). This was definitely the most challenging step, but it was also a great opportunity to demonstrate my thinking process and approach to problem-solving. The questions I was asked were a mix of standard ones (strengths, motivations, etc.) and deeper, more tailored ones that really required me to reflect on my previous experiences. I felt they weren’t just ticking boxes, they were genuinely interested in learning about me as a professional and as a person. On top of that, they gave me plenty of time to ask my own questions, and they answered them thoroughly, which made the conversations feel like a two-way dialogue rather than a one-sided evaluation. The interviewers were professional but also approachable, which made it easier to be authentic in my answers.

I got my rejection update with a template email that could be used in the resume screening step. When candidate invests on a role and go through the process to the very last step, normal companies try to provide a candidate-specific feedback. This takes only 15 mins, but show how company cares about people, but this company clearly doesn't! I strongly recommend you to stay away from this company as far as you can.
