Interview
Two rounds of interview one with the recruiter and one with the manager. In the second interview a recent employee also joins it, it takes a long time. They do not ask anything technical or study related, it is more to understand if your background and characteristics fit the position. I was not chosen from the last two candidates because I had a technical background and they told me I fit the technical sales better.

There was a four-step process. Initial phone call interview was with recruiter. Then hiring manager interview, next prepare and present a presentation. Then final interview with recruiter. I spent many days preparing the content and PowerPoint presentation but did not get the offer and even worst no feedback.
