Standard process . Greeted by receptionist where I was directed to the waiting room . I had two different managers conduct back to back interviews where they discussed in detail the role and expectations . They then went through my CV and asked questions on my previous work experiences and qualifications.

I meet a few of the hiring managers at my college career center event. They did NOT seem interested in my candidacy whenever I talked with the hiring managers. However, I applied anyways and was surprised to get a call from Dell. Going in to the interview, it seemed to be more behavioral and scenario questions. No technical questions were asked.

first HR called with interview offer then she sent the interview letter. they took telephonic interview then asked me to come for in person interview. Interview went good and later same evening got a call from HR stating I was selected.
