Tedious process, asked a lot of technical questions, Phone calls. Recruiter first calls for screening, asks you about your current salary and the salary offered for the advertised postion. If you accept then proceed. They schedule and interview with a hiring manager and drill you for an hour. Next phase is another hiring manager he drilll you with the same technical question and customer skills. Then he promises to get back to you. After which you get no phone call and if you check your online status it shows the job is active and your status as currently considered. When you see the status of your application as completed don't waste your time. Move on

About my work background, VMware Vsphere, What do you do when you first install a server? Customer skills and all that. Its is almost as if the interviews are just for formalities. They have already have their chosen candidates already. Just a waste of time. If you are of indian native you have a better chance of working in there. All other native back to the line because both hiring managers are indians. Look elsewhere and forget about working for a company where nepotism is very high.
3 Rounds and first was normal introduction pitch next was technical round. Read storage area networks and parts of cloud computing. I felt it was difficult as i did not know about SAN and the interviewer was asking a lot of questions on san.
