Interview
interview process includes 4 rounds, 3 technical + 1 HR. 1st round will be with senior financial advisor, followed by senior finance manager, executive director then HR. 1st & 2nd round will be more focus to access technical skills, 3rd round with ED to judge your overall skills, 4th will be with HR to discuss salary & other stuff
There were at least five interviews. One was a phone call and from there four other interviews face to face. There were hypothetical questions asked and what to do if something were to occur.
