I got a call from a third party to work at Dell. First it was a telephonic round. For the second round i was called to the office. In that I had a written test (Essay writing, Procedure to send an e-mail, Proofread a paragraph). After the written there was a Manager round.

They had questions completely from my resume. Questions were from my current and previous work experience and technical questions about writing practices and methodologies.
