Interview
Applied and heard back 5 months later (wtf?). Interviewer with recruiter was to clarify that you were aware of the skills listed in the job description. Second interview with members of the team included being on the phone, dealing with behavioral questions, and describing/defining technical terms. Third interview was in person, an hour and half, and consisted of white boarding some basic coding, role playing scenarios, and dealing with more behavioral questions.

Interview
I was asked to interview after talking to a representative at a campus recruiting event. During the interview, all of which lasted for 20 minutes, the interviewer asked about the roles I could see myself in and past experience/projects I had worked on.
5 weeks later, I get an offer from Dell HR. As I didn't have any other job prospects at the time, I accepted. Turns out, I was a pool hire and was assigned a role that "suited" my "skills". My team was welcoming enough, but my role was nothing similar to what I told my interviewer I would be interested in. I left after a few weeks.
