There is a two round system. The first round is a one on one with a hiring manager. The second round was an all-day affair. It involved an information session followed by 7 mini 15-minute interviews with finance and accounting managers.

Tell me about a time when you failed to meet a deadline. Why are you interested in working for Dell? Tell me about yourself?
On campus interview via career fair, mostly behavioral interview. Interviewer was professional and personable. Technical questions were to be expected in Finance and accounting roles and not too challenging. Provided feedback upon interview as well.
