I was contacted by the Dell HR representative who arranged the interview, she clearly outlined the job role and fully answered all of my queries. My interview was arranged quickly, I attended the Dell Glasgow office, and was interviewed by 2 of the internal managers. Prior to the interview I was again contacted very quickly by HR to prorvide me with a job offer. I was congratulated and given instructions on completition of the pre work that was required before starting my new role.

The interview process is as follows: -Video Screening (5 questions - recorded) -Initial Video Interview (with recruiter) -Formal 60 Minute Interview (Zoom; Two Senior Managers) From there you receive confirmation of approval and offer letter.
