I applied through a recruiter. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Ciudad de Mexico) in Oct 2015
Interview
Very, very long, started one year before they gave me an offer. with 5 interviews by phone, web and in person, they said that have positions open first, but appearently those were closed by the delay in the decision several times during the year that took this process.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Amsterdam) in Feb 2016
Interview
Uitgenodigd voor een gesprek, werd niet netjes voorgesteld, werd pas laat opgehaald vanaf de receptie. 30 minuten te laat. Bij het interview voelde ik me niet serieus genomen. En werden ook geen aantekeningen gemaakt
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Amsterdam) in Feb 2016
Interview
Via an internal referrer I got a 1st interview which went great. We talked through my CV but most about the future. One week later I had my 2nd interview with the Sales and another Consultant. This was a bit more into the job role. We talked about customer situations and how I would react et cetera.
Four (!!!) weeks later I got a call if I was still interested and to have my 3rd interview. That meeting was postponed (without notification) so I travelled to HQ without a meeting cancellation. The same week I got that 3rd and 4th meeting. The last was a role play, which went reasonable to okay. They promised to call back that same day, which is over 3 weeks ago...
In total it is 2 month of procedure without any notification of a job offer. This doesn't live up to the Dell standards mentioned on the website (e.g. collaborating with dedicated professionals; demonstrate a winning culture through positive and meaningful relationships).
All in all very disappointing.
