Interview
Quite drawn out as I had applied in early 2019 and heard nothing back till June. Initially a 20-30 minute phone call discussing motivation for the role and explaining a bit more about the duties of the role on a day to day basis. From here successful applicants were moved onto an assessment centre on sight. This involved three parts; a group exercise where you were given a scenario and you had to work through and present to the managers, a sales phone call role play simulating your daily task and finally a competency based interview with a hiring manager and hr staff member. The assessment centre was an enjoyable experience as they made you to feel very relaxed and comfortable surrounded by other young people.
I applied through a recruiter. It was professional and quick process. 4 rounds of interviews. Great overall experience and respsect the applicants. Would have appreciated more clarity on next steps and timeline throughout.

Interview
I had one interview with a recruiter and one with a sales manager and then found out shortly after. Both interviews I was asked basic behavioral questions and the interviewers were very personable. They want to see your personality, that you can answer behavioral questions thoroughly and that you know the company well.

It was not too bad. They asked me why Dell. It was with HR, and it lasted about 30 minutes. They explained all the benefits, the role, and the process of getting trained for the position.
