Very friendly. Getting referred internally really helps get an interview. You talk about yourself and your ability to take on a sale role. There is a sales role play at the end. Don't need to know Dell products. The scenarios are used to see if you can ask good questions that qualify a lead, build rapport, and try to do a hard close.

I had to video record myself answers questions. Then, I had one in person interview. Very friendly. The hardest part was doing a mock sales call where they see how well you ask discovery questions and attempt to close the sale.

Try to sell a travel package with a car, flight, and hotel to a customer.
1 phone interview that lasts maybe 30 minutes. There is a role play and a few basic questions. Overall the process is simple and a bit too quick. The role play is usually selling a client on renting a restaurant or booking a hotel.
