Interview
I had a great initial informational interview with Kristen Dolliver and she provided me with all the information necessary for applying for the NextGen Sales Academy. I then did a virtual interview which was a bit difficult to answer the questions while not having someone in front of me listening to my responses. I have moved onto the next round of interviews and Kristen has continued to help me throughout the process!

The interveew process was rigiorous. It started with a 3 hour long interview with different managers. At the end, you will be asked to do a role play where they will provide a scenario beforehand.
Three-part interview. The first round is a recorded screening, the next is a 3-hour super day, and the final round is a phone call. The Super Day includes a mock sales pitch for which they give you a case.
The first round was a digital interview where you record responses. The second round was a virtual interview on zoom with multiple people. You were given material to prep for the interview.
