The interviewer wanted me to talk about something 'that is not in my resume', then we started talking about my background and what the job would look like for this position. Unfortunately the job wasn't a good fit but I have a very good experience and will definitely try them again.

Very impressed. It was very efficient interview process. There were approx 3 interviews. But only one of them was a bit technical and rest were more STAR type questions. There was some confusion between Different HR persons involved.
