First interview on phone with recruiter. Then had phone interview with hiring VP. Last phone interview with VP's boss. Last step was to interview in person with peers and hiring VP.

Tell me about a project you have managed. Most questions were very specific to the role and function and were not general interview questions. Big boss asked the typical strengths/opportunities question. Others again were more specific to the function.
It was great overall this is what we need and it was indeed the same thing which I really wanted to highlight here, questions of such should be asked and it is good thing to know
Multi-tier and multiple interviews. Initial screening call, another 2-3 telephone interviews after that followed by in person interviews including discussions with cross functional team members and interviews with executives and peers.

onsite interviews, meeting senior management, position got internally filled , so they considered me for senior manager position and that too get internally filled. The whole process wasted 5 weeks of my time preparing and onsite interviews. I realized they just post positions out there but they are actually for internal employees. - Do not apply to this company for any senior management jobs because they are only considering promoting internal employees .
