I interviewed at the Singapore office in Jurong East in 2015. Two senior engineers first of all asked a number of questions about school projects and product designs. 2nd Round was with the Head of UX, asked about product roadmap questions.

Q: Describe a UX experiment you would setup for comparing a competitor printer with Dell's?
2 phone interview and follow by 2 zoom calls with other engineers and managers. 1'st call will be with HR and 2nd call will be with one of the team members from the team that's hiring. You will prepare a presentation to highlight what you've done in the past.

The manager asked me few technical and project experiences. Questions like what is the most challenging thing ? How do you overcome interpersonal problems? What did you do and be responsible for?

Dell came to my school and took resumes for their open internships. I met with a recruiter at the career fair and he liked me so he gave me an interview. There was one in person interview and then 2 follow-up phone interviews. The entire process took about 3-4 weeks.
