Interview
The interview process was a lengthy 3+ hour Zoom call, but it was well distributed across 4 different hosts and each with a different set of questions. It started off with a brief information summary, then two standard run-of-the-mill interviews with behavioral questions and experience discussion, then concluded with a simulation. The entire process was certainly long, but it was well-designed to not feel exhausting.

I had one interview with a recruiter and one with a sales manager and then found out shortly after. Both interviews I was asked basic behavioral questions and the interviewers were very personable. They want to see your personality, that you can answer behavioral questions thoroughly and that you know the company well.

It was not too bad. They asked me why Dell. It was with HR, and it lasted about 30 minutes. They explained all the benefits, the role, and the process of getting trained for the position.
Easy 2 rounds interview. They ask you about your resume and why sales and why should we hire you. Some situational questions as well. Is not super complicated and its easy to amke it through
