First a one-way virtual interview, then one in person with two individuals they make you do a mock interview/pitch at end if there is time. Overall, straight forward and easy.

I had to video record myself answers questions. Then, I had one in person interview. Very friendly. The hardest part was doing a mock sales call where they see how well you ask discovery questions and attempt to close the sale.

Someone in the role you are applying, their coaches, then manager, and HR makes the final decision based on how they review you.

Try to sell a travel package with a car, flight, and hotel to a customer.
1 phone interview that lasts maybe 30 minutes. There is a role play and a few basic questions. Overall the process is simple and a bit too quick. The role play is usually selling a client on renting a restaurant or booking a hotel.
