I have been through a consultancy, the 1st round was JAM , then many were filtered, 2nd was Hr basic questions on your resume, 3rd ops round with team leader and 4th with manager a causual one unlike tl round and final versant cutoff is 60% overall an average interview. Dont get scared of seeing many people at interview, your not in competition with them but yourself

The job interview was pretty tough. There were two people that interrogated me for about 20 min. You definitely need to prepare and do your research. This is not an interview that you can wing. My interviewer told me this is a way to get your foot in the door and change departments if sales is not for you.
