The interview process at Deloitte consisted of three interviews: two business case interviews with a Senior Manager and a Partner, and one HR interview. Each interview lasted approximately one hour, was conducted via Microsoft Teams, and was held in English (with the possibility to switch to French if required).

Question 1
They asked me several Personal Experience Interview questions, such as:
- Can you describe a challenging project you worked on and how you handled it?
- Tell me about a time you had to manage multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities.
- Describe a situation where you had to adapt quickly to a significant change.
They also asked why I chose Luxembourg and whether I was comfortable conducting the interview in French, if needed.
Fairly basic questions, tell me about your experience, why deloitte? why this role? why did you leave your last job? and what are the trasnformation projects you have been part of?
