I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (New York, NY)
Interview
On campus recruiting (1st round) : I met with one interviewer. The questions were mostly behavioral questions. - Office visit (2nd round) : Office tour, Q&A sessions with Deloitte greeters (mostly senior level) then had two interviews - I didn't find it too hard and a lot of the questions were again behavioral ones. I went over the 50 behavioral question list and they were extremely helpful to prepare for the interviews. Also, it is better to bring as many question as you can.
The interview process was well organized, and the interviewers were professional and approachable throughout. The overall experience was smooth, with clear communication at each stage. The complete process took around 1–2 weeks and consisted of multiple rounds, including technical and HR discussions, depending on the role and business unit.
2 stages
assessment centre and one to one interview
assessment centre was just a typical group activity to determine what projects are worth pursuing based on budget with a small twist at the end
and one-to-one was more personal and them getting to know you
