Group Case study, then individual interviews. Case study talking about an example Cyber Risk situation, then discussing how to solve problem in group in front of assessor. Then individual interviews with a wide range of behavioural and motivional questions, not much technical.
The interview process involves three stages, a 1hr interview with the cyber technical lead team and another 1hr with the director of the pillar then a telephone interview with Human resources team
