I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Deloitte (Singapore) in Mar 2017
Interview
I received a call shortlisting me for an interview within 3 working days of my application. There was a written test with a time limit of 15 minutes which tests English proficiency. It wad about the top 3 things you look out for in a career. The interview was conducted with me and 2 interviewers from the HR department. The questions were unstructured and rather based on my resume itself so I advise you to know your resume very well. 2 working days after the interview, I received a call informing me that I have been offered the position.
The interview process was well organized, and the interviewers were professional and approachable throughout. The overall experience was smooth, with clear communication at each stage. The complete process took around 1–2 weeks and consisted of multiple rounds, including technical and HR discussions, depending on the role and business unit.
2 stages
assessment centre and one to one interview
assessment centre was just a typical group activity to determine what projects are worth pursuing based on budget with a small twist at the end
and one-to-one was more personal and them getting to know you

Nice, and clear. Began with HR interview round, then had an interview with manager which included a IT based case study for the APA role for en entry level career starter. Process was clear and was always notified regarding next steps.
