Interview
Entire process consisted of successive elimination rounds. Asked to submit a write up on a given topic. Followed by group Discussion of 8 ppl each. This was followed by a brief group case study which was observed by interviewers. They checked for personal contribution and leadership skills. Next stage was a personal interview which was behavioral.

Colloquio tecnico, essendo per una posizione junior sono state richieste le basi: esperienza pregressa, capacità di redigere analisi funzionali, raccolta BR, test/sit/uat
Domande non molto stringenti vista la seniority prevista dalla posizione.
Si divide come segue:
-il primo è un colloquio conoscitivo telefonico di circa 10 minuti.
-il secondo è un colloquio con i Manager di circa un’ora.
-successivamente vi è la proposta economica
