I applied online. I interviewed at Deloitte (Athens, Athens, Attica) in Jun 2017
Interview
I applied to Deloitte in March 2017 for a Business Analyst position for the Financial Advisory Department in Restructuring and Transaction for the Athens, Greece office. Sat for a four-five hour test. It included 4-5 different parts such as: an SHL numerical test (slightly easier than the ones I sat for for other companies), rather difficult exercises with a lot of technical questions such as, perform a Due Diligence, taking into account the given balance sheet. Another part included some general knowledge questions; I had to pick two out of six questions (3 categories of questions - pick 2 questions, from different categories) (I picked one which was the difference between EU and US economic policies, and a recent merger event). Didn't matter which ones you picked. It also included two questions similar to a Situational Judgement Test, with the only difference that you had to write how you would act (your colleague does xxx, there these implications, how do you deal with it?). If you pass the test, they invite you for an interview. They have seen your technical capabilities from the test so the interview was structured more in a get-to-know-you way with one director, one senior manager and one HR specialist). Questions were pretty standard such as my company preference regarding Big4 and what differentiates Deloitte.
