They give more importance to english exam, other than technical and managerial skills. They conduct somme english exams which are for US, but those do not decide your caliber.
Had multiple rounds, mostly behavioral. Initial screening by a sr Mgr followed by 2 rounds with other Sr managers and 1 final round with a Partner.Had a pleasant experience with all of them, did not encounter anything tricky. Case study was quite straightforward.
