I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte in Nov 2017
Interview
I was a "noncore" candidate for the S&O practice, so the process was a bit different. First round consisted of an in-person 15 minute behavioral and 45 minute case interview. Interview was conducted by a partner, and the case was all about reducing costs/increasing profitability. Was invited back to blitz day (superday) and put through an hour long group case interview and a 30 minute individual case interview with another partner. Group case was difficult, as they expected you to absorb data and run the numbers given a short amount of time. Individual case was rather easy compared to the first round.
