Campus Placement.
A basic online aptitude test for those who were shortlisted from CVs.
Followed by a Just A Minute round where topics were handed out and 1 minute each was given to think and speak.
Then a final interview

Basic get-to-know-you questions like why did you choose your field of study?
Why do you want to be a consultant and not an economist?
Colloquio tecnico, essendo per una posizione junior sono state richieste le basi: esperienza pregressa, capacità di redigere analisi funzionali, raccolta BR, test/sit/uat
Domande non molto stringenti vista la seniority prevista dalla posizione.
Si divide come segue:
-il primo è un colloquio conoscitivo telefonico di circa 10 minuti.
-il secondo è un colloquio con i Manager di circa un’ora.
-successivamente vi è la proposta economica
