Interview
Zunächst habe ich mich Online für das Audit Praktikum beworben. Dazu war ein Curriculum sowie ein Motivationsschreiben notwendig. Eine Woche später habe ich eine Einladung zu einem Bewerbungsgespräch bekommen. Da ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt in den USA war, habe ich mit der HR Dame ein Gespräch via Skype vereinbart.
Beim Bewerbungsgespräch über Skype wurden mir Fragen zu meinem Lebenslauf gestellt. Mir wurden des Weiteren Fragen über meine Teamfähigkeit und meine Motivation gestellt. Danach wurden mir fachspezifische Fragen buchhalterischer Art gestellt.
Ich habe direkt am Ende des Gespräches eine Zusage für das 6-monatige Praktikum erhalten. Das Gespräch war sehr angenehm. Die Fragen waren relativ leicht zu beantworten.
