Interview
The process included an Adaptive Online Test consisting of aptitude verbal and reasoning questions. The selected candidates for the specific profiles then had to undergo a 2nd round known as the JAM(Just A Minute) where one needs to speak on a certain topic set by the moderator for 1 minutes. After the selection process of Jam , candidate had to appear for Tech + HR round, which was the final round of the process.

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
