so this company came for campus recruitment in our college and took 100 of us for this post.
1. the first round was online test on amcat. 700 were selected out of 4000.(needs concepts plus luck).
2. for the post of BTA(Business Technology Analyst), there was a JAM(Just a minute) conducted, but you should also be prepared for Group Discussions and Case Studies,in case their mind changes.(key is confidence and fluency).
3. the third round was interview.

Colloquio tecnico, essendo per una posizione junior sono state richieste le basi: esperienza pregressa, capacità di redigere analisi funzionali, raccolta BR, test/sit/uat
Domande non molto stringenti vista la seniority prevista dalla posizione.
Si divide come segue:
-il primo è un colloquio conoscitivo telefonico di circa 10 minuti.
-il secondo è un colloquio con i Manager di circa un’ora.
-successivamente vi è la proposta economica
