Interview
The overall process was very time consuming. Had 4 rounds.
Two panel interviews. The first two were very nice managers. They passed me to the next group round.
Simple but very effective. The best thing about the interview was how human it felt, it didn’t feel like they were trying to hit quotas but actually trying to get to know me.
First round is technical. Second is managerial with scenario-based questions on production issues, team handling, and decision making. Final round is HR, focusing on salary, culture fit, communication, and long-term career goals.
