1. At first aptitude, logical and verbal test was taken on campus through Amcat. From
around 3900 students around 170 were selected
2. Next a JAM session was organised . From 170 now there were only 80 to 90 guys left.
3. Next there was the Personal Interview round. From 80 to 90 guys only 50 were selected
finally.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
