Very straight forward approach to interviewing. There were three rounds (two behavioral & one case), all done over video conference software.
The behavioral portion of the interview was fairly standard and consisted of a brief introduction on both sides and about 4-5 formal questions followed by a Q&A. COME PREPARED with 5-7 SOLID questions. These questions open the floor for more in-depth discussion and are an excellent opportunity to showcase your abilities and interest in the position. The biggest mistake you can make is having poorly prepared questions. Be yourself and make sure you are striving to maintain a positive conversation. Keep things professional and you should be fine. Do your standard due diligence and do not fear.
The case study, I found to be quite challenging. I had little prep work but, I still made a concerted effort to brush up on case review basics. Utilize online resources, podcasts, videos, books, WHATEVER can help you get a foundation in case interviews. Look, they are not expecting you to have the right answer, work on COMMUNICATION, they want to see that you can break down complex concepts and your thought process as well.
Look, anyone can learn to ace a case or be on-point with their scenarios. But, not everyone has a personality that meshes with the mold of management consulting. Don't let this discourage you, jump out of your comfort zone, learn to speak with people at length on topics you know very little about. Communication is what builds a consultant.
