De sollicitatieprocedure bestond uit het inzenden van een CV en motivatieletter, op basis daarvan was er een eerste selectie en werd je opgebeld voor een gesprek. Na dit gesprek nodigen ze je uit voor een hele dag bij Deloitte zelf. In het licht van de hele coronacrisis werd dit vervangen door een heel aantal online gesprekken. Eerste korte voorstelling van de functie en achter 3 gesprekken; 1 met HR, 1 met een senior manager en het laatste met een partner.

Went through online tests, job simulation and final assessment.Very pleasant and talkative interviewers. 1st stage was a case study that you had to prepare for. 2nd stage was a normal interview with competency questions.
