Interview
There were two rounds for the interview - a week apart. It was very conversational. I didn't get asked any questions even though I was told that it was behavioral. They let me do most of the question asking. One of my favorite interviews because I clicked with my interviewer.

The interview process was well organized, and the interviewers were professional and approachable throughout. The overall experience was smooth, with clear communication at each stage. The complete process took around 1–2 weeks and consisted of multiple rounds, including technical and HR discussions, depending on the role and business unit.

assessment centre was just a typical group activity to determine what projects are worth pursuing based on budget with a small twist at the end
and one-to-one was more personal and them getting to know you
